Notice of Annual General Meeting – Wednesday 17 May
The Annual General Meeting of the Angel Business Improvement District Ltd (trading as angel.london) will take place on Wednesday 17 May at 8:30am in the Executive Centre at the Business Design Centre. Refreshments will be available from at 8am.
All BID levy payers are entitled to attend* this event. If you wish to attend, please RSVP to Tracy Henshaw at email@example.com by Friday 12 May at the latest.
BID Company Membership
* Whilst representatives from all BID levy payers are invited to attend the AGM, only BID Company Members are entitled to speak or vote at the meeting.
To apply to be a Company Member, please complete the Membership Application 2023 and return this to Tracy Henshaw, BID Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to 106 Islington High Street, London, N1 8EG.
If you are a BID Company Member and which to vote at the AGM, but you cannot attend in person, you may use a Proxy Voting Form.
Your completed and signed Proxy Voting Form must be received at the registered offices of Angel Business Improvement District Ltd (106 Islington High Street, London, N1 8EG) no later than 48 hours before the time and date of the meeting. This can be emailed to email@example.com
If you wish to nominate yourself to become a Director, your nomination must include a summary of your current role and experience, and be received in writing to the registered office of Angel Business Improvement District Ltd (106 Islington High Street, London, N1 8EG) by 12 noon on Wednesday 3 May.
Prospective Directors should be prepared to speak at the AGM to summarise their experience and commitment to the BID before the vote takes place.
