Members bring the sunshine to rainy Summer Social
Angel Islington BID was delighted to welcome members, supporters and friends to this year’s Summer Social – this time held at the Halo Bar at Hilton Angel Islington. The evening was an opportunity for members new and existing to get together and for the BID to thank everyone for their involvement over the year.
This year’s Summer Social was especially significant as the BID also officially launched Angel Islington’s new place identity branding. The new look was developed in conjunction with residents and businesses and offers a vibrant new way to promote Angel’s culture, shopping, eating, nightlife and markets.
Guests got an exclusive first look at the new-style branding on twin billboards outside the Business Design Centre while inside the Halo Bar guests were given an animated tour of the new artwork in a short video, which you can also watch below. The new branding will be also be used on street furniture in the Angel neighbourhood – so keep your eyes peeled for the rollout.
