The toolkits are based on original research conducted with employers and employees in each sector, drawing upon their experiences and perspectives to recommend actions which are targeted at the specific EDI challenges in each sector. The toolkits look not only at how you can hire more diverse staff but at how you can embed an inclusive culture, so that workers from underrepresented groups are encouraged to stay and progress.
