COVID-19: Holiday entitlement and pay during coronavirus

Last Wednesday, 13 May, the Government published guidance in relation to holiday entitlement and pay for employers whose staff have been placed on furlough as part of the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme, or continue to work.

The guidance explains how holiday entitlement and pay operate during the coronavirus pandemic and where it differs from standard holiday entitlement and pay guidance.

The guidance is designed to help employers understand their legal requirements at this time. Please note that the guidance should NOT be treated as legal advice.
