Charlton Place and Camden Passage environmental changes
Following consultation with businesses and residents last summer, Islington Council has announced its plans to take forward improvements to Charlton Place and Camden Passage.
The proposed works will include pavement widening, outdoor seating, tree planting and changes to the road and pavement surfaces. Changes will also be made to the traffic permissions including formalising two-way cycling on Charlton Place, time-limited vehicle restrictions and a dedicated loading bay.
The works are scheduled to start on 20 February and will take approximately six weeks to complete. During the works period, additional traffic and parking restrictions will be in place. More detail on the plans is available by clicking on the button below.
