We’ll show you how to react to an acid attack

We’re all aware of the horrific nature of acid attacks but would you know how to help someone if it happened near you?

We’re hosting London’s third real acid attack scenario training and information session which will be delivered by the Met Police, London Ambulance and the Fire Brigade. It’s at 10am-12.30pm on March 14 at Islington Metalworks in Torrens Street and will simulate an attack on revellers in a nightclub.

Our emergency services will give a real-time experience in how to deal with this kind of emergency, the panic and the injuries. After the initial attack on victims, there will be a Q&A session for everyone to discuss their concerns.

This event is an invaluable experience for anyone managing a public space or venue. Both previous events in Cargos nightclub Shoreditch were oversubscribed so you must book NOW. The training is designed for key members of staff and places will be given on a first come first served basis. You must provide names and email addresses of everyone attending, plus sign a Health & Safety waiver. Arrive 9.30am for 10am start. Book places at mark@angel.london.

Spoiler: lots of water will be used so do wear appropriate shoes.
